Deaf Daddy

Being a father who is deaf, it's difficult to communicate with my four hearing daughters.  We learned to communicate through sign language and voice.  It's amazing how strong the desire became when I wanted to make sure that my children understand my language.

Of course, one thing I can say is that the love doesn't requires voice or signs.  All it needs is a hug, a kiss, or a smile.  Love is patience, kind, understanding, and full of hope.  So no matter how difficult it is for me to be a deaf daddy,, I can know for sure that my babies love me for who I am and they will always know that I will be there for them no matter what.

My life as a pastor.

I am now a pastor of Bethel Deaf Fellowship in Fayetteville, AR.  It's a great honor to be their pastor.  God bless the church and all of you!
